Petroleum Development Oman (PDO) intends to convert the existing open cycle power plant at Saih Rawl to closed cycle by installing an HRSG, an STG and other associated auxiliaries and utilities. The EPC of the project has been awarded to Bahwan Engineering Company LLC (BEC) and TR Engineering Consultancy LLC (TRE) is assigned to provide the detail engineering services for the project.
