Experience: 14 years
Senior Piping engineer with 14-18 years’ experience out of which at least 10 years should be in Oil &Gas / Petrochemical plants. The candidate should be experienced in Leading greenfield and brownfield projects for Piping discipline. The experience should include the following:
- Coordination of piping activities in a project and control of manhours.
- Planning the piping work in accordance with project schedule requirements
- Perform Model review using Navisworks or SPR; Review of Plot Plans, Equipment Layouts, Piping layouts, Nozzle orientations, Civil Input drawings, Isometrics etc.
- Performing Stress analysis of piping systems
- Coordinating or Creating / Checking Piping Material Specifications and basic awareness of piping codes.
- Proposal engineering and man-hour estimation
- Training the juniors
- Experience in PDO /SHELL projects and familiarity with SHELL DEPs / PDO standards is essential
