Description:
The total project scope included development of a new VGO Deep conversion complex at LUKOIL- Volgograd to process vacuum gasoil and produce a range of products like propylene, liquefied hydrocarbon gas, gasoline, kerosene, diesel and Group III base oils production. TRE scope was detail engineering services for Amine Regeneration Unit, Sour Water Stripper Unit and Sulphur Recovery unit including Tail Gas Treatment and Sulphur Granulation.
