QUALIFICATION & REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution.
2. Minimum 1 years of relevant experience in the oil & gas or heavy industrial sector, with significant exposure to Electrical CMMS works.
3. Proven experience in Electrical drawings (Single line diagrams, Functional Block wiring diagram, Circuit diagrams, Load distribution, Electrical load calculations, Cable Sizing Calculations, Cable schedules, schematic diagrams, General arrangement, O&M Manual, SPIR, and Data Sheets) Method statements, and construction procedures for project close-out purpose and to prepare work packages to support execution team.
4. Experience working within EPC projects and managing contractor interfaces for Electrical (Power distribution & motors and drives) and integration works.
5. Familiarity with international Electrical standards and codes (e.g., IEC, IEEE EN , ISO, ANSI, ASME,ASTM) and familiar with ERP and related tools.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Electrical Closeout Engineer role will support brownfield and greenfield project closeout activities related to Static and Rotating discipline and also for Non-Plant assets... (Drawing As-Built / Redline mark-up and linking with respective assets in DMS and in ERP, Asset creation in ERP, updating asset attribute in ERP, Creating PM Schedules in ERP, Creating MESC codes of spare parts and linking with related assets in ERP). The position will focus on ensuring the safe, reliable, and efficient execution of Electrical works related to the TA and NTA projects.
Purpose
To provide technical and project closeout support for Electrical works, ensuring compliance with HSSE, Engineering, Quality, and Construction Management procedures. The role aims to properly update the drawings/documents and technical data in the ERP/DMS (Document management system), using ASSAI, NOMCAT and other tools.
